need to improve on an existing azure bot

For contact Us (Flow on page 9 ) we are not giving any response from chatbot! - What would be the next step for this - We suggest that we should display some info for the same. - Kindly confirm? 2. For the policy info - We are displaying a sorry message and then user enters the "account" word to get more details - would like to discuss this flow as on previous step we have requested for some details..? 3. In support hours flow why do we have the option to reset the password? 4. For credit cards - We are asking the user to select the card and then we provide a message only and nothing else - Can you please explain this step in detail? 5. The code that you have pasted - Could you please provide details in context of requirements. BOT EXPERIENCE We have created couple of bots using Luis integrating the same using Bot Framework 1. SharePoint Tagger Bot with following functionality: - Get all the documents in a SharePoint Online Library created by the logged in user. - Search made easy - Apply keywords / tags [login to view URL] Bot We implemented a ‘LATE COMING MANAGER BOT’ – that responds to a command by HR – with list of members who have punched in late and yet not processed by HR, with list of Thumbnail Cards for each member with possible actions for HR to operate.
