We are looking for a part time residential scheduler where it can break down all the construction quality into an excel spreadsheet. All items would be something broke down into either tones or sqm. I will then apply a rate so i can work out a full price of the project. I will be sending you architectural plans and engineer plans. Then i would expect a full breakdown. From brick qtm brick cost laid to concrete required Gyprock in sqm, tiling in sqm, flooring in sqm, painting in sqm. Skirting into sqm, external pavers, landscapping. internal and external.. Number of lights number of gps QTY number of fans QTY etc... Skirting L/M Doors QTY Send me a template of your past residential scheduling for a job.
