Make Revisions to .DWG CAD Blueprint

I have a .dwg CAD blueprint that I purchased from an architect who is not available to work on my project. The files that I am sending is not the original. The backstory is that the subdivision I am moving to requires approval before new construction builds. Two people on the architectural review committee are architectural engineers. They only require changes to the exterior. All the changes to the interior are made through a collaboration with the builder and I. The changes that are required are as follows: 1. Front Elevation: · The rounded column that encases the staircase should be square instead of round 2. Real Elevation: · The screened in deck should be changed to a sunroom. The bottom where the pickets are should be bricked and above the bricks should be windows. Please use standard sized windows. · The architectural engineer that reviewed the plans said that the roof above the porch on the second floor will be 12“ from the top of the bannister. He said that the only thing to do would be to change the roofline to something that is not less than 8:12. I would suggest just making it a normal roof line without trying to use the tool to provide an overhang for the porch. I think that should get rid of the columns in the back. · If you can, please create a bricked patio from the back of the sitting room to the wall between the family room and sun room. 3. Right Elevation: · Move the window in the laundry room consistent with the changes in the laundry room. 4. Left Elevation: · The architectural engineer says the sunroom looks like it is a porch. I think he wants the white area under the sunroom to look like dirt. 5. First Floor Plan · Remove the 11 columns (dining room, living room and sitting area). Leave them as square walls. · Remove the tray ceilings in the sitting area, bathroom and dining room. · Remove the coffered ceiling in the family room · Change the screened porch to a sunroom. · The laundry room must be changed to accommodate an 80”X30” apparatus I have that I keep my shoes in. The washer and the dryer should be changed to the opposite wall with cabinets above them. My shoe cabinet will be placed on the wall where the washer and dryer are now. On that wall I’ll have about 12” for a tall cabinet. The window should be placed strategically. No sink necessary. 6. Second Floor Plan · Remove the coffered ceiling · Remove the bookcases and closets and replace it with 80 inch Murphy beds across both 30’ walls. · Add a wall to separate the bonus room into two rooms 7. Basement Foundation Plan · Where it says covered porch there are 4 columns. This is inaccurate. It should be a slab. Please remove the columns. This slab will actually be on the first floor is it appropriate here? · The bedroom without windows should be renamed to exercise room and the room that is labeled exercise room should be renames to bedroom.
