Design me a Digital Prototype

I am looking for a Dedicated, Creative, Problem solving Freelancer with Mechanical Engineering / Related background with experience of Conceptual Product designing, 3D Digital Prototyping in AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS, COMSOL Multi Physics or Solid Edge etc. He / She should be able to speak very good English. Should make a workable concept Mechanical machine design and provide accurate input and suggestions for Material Types, Specification, Strength, Force required etc. An idea of the concept design will be sent to the awarded designer.

Entire Project Deliverables includes:

• Simulate and validate the real-world performance of a product design digitally.

• Photo-realistic renderings and animation of design.

• Designer should create and visualize several iterations of design, changing things like materials or color schemes before a concept is finalized.

• Perform integrated calculations, and stress, deflection and motion simulation to validate designs.

• Test how moving parts will work and interact.

• Conduct stress analysis to analyze material selection and displacement.

• Verify the strength of a part.

• Can perform the simulation of Mechanism and provide the best performance possible at the lowest manufacture and material cost possible for me.

• Should be able to design and provide detailed specifications of each part (Bill of Material)

• Ready to sign NDA.

I'm looking for someone who will be available to work on future phases of the project (design improvement, manufacturing, sourcing etc) and keep in contact with for future product designing.

This Phase’s deliverables include:

• Should be ready to do preliminary design to evaluate skills.

• Should do an interaction FCM to calculate iterations and study the correct dynamic. Designing and perform Knematic simulation of an isolated spring in CATIA/ANSYS/CAD/INVENTOR

• First & Second Spiral Spring, Gear system, transmission of power.

• Rewinding system for both springs.

• Start & Stop Button. Control device can be an Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical device.

• Animation & Renderings.

• CAD, BOM with installation guide.

Future Phase deliverables:

• Updating 3D Model in different variables as per capacity.

• Designing 6 more variants.

• Sample Manufacturing.

• Packaging Design/Production.

• Animations & Renderings.

• BOM
