We are designing a new project of one-bedroom retirement communities. We did some 3D aerial and internal views. We now need to create CAD drawings for the project and also individual buildings. We will also need PDF of the drawings. Also needed are individual wing and unit layouts prepared in the attached format. The attached format was done for our previous project. We need to prepare something like that for our new SN4 project. 1. The layout of the current project is shown at: [login to view URL] 2. The current aerial views we did is at: [login to view URL] 3. This was the file we prepared for the last project. We need something similar done for our current project – we will need one set for each of the five wings: [login to view URL] SN4 project summary: Land area about 9.6 acres Five wings Each wing has 32 units – each unit is a one-bedroom unit Total 5*32=160 units Deliverables: 1. CAD drawing of one wing 2. 5 PDF files ,one for each wing - each file will be a 2 page PDF (as shown above in #3 above)
