Automatic creation of building estimates from CAD design and pdf file.

I want to build a program that can automatically calculate the cost of building a house, after uploading the design of that house in pdf format. The construction cost must be presented in an excel file and automatically upload the material prices for each item from another excel file.

The cost estimate for the house must be categorized into at least the following elements:

1. Earthwork (can be calculated based on foundation type).

2. Foundations (e.g. reinforced concrete, prefabricated)

3. Superstructure (load-bearing walls, beams, etc.)

4. Façade

5. Partition walls

6. Windows

7. Doors

8. Roof structure

9. Roof covering

10. Plumbing systems

11. HVAC systems

12. Electrical installations

13. Finishing works (based on average price from sqm - no need to quote from pdf)

14. Labor (based on average price from sqm - no need to estimate from pdf)

15. Contingency

Also need to create a simple website (I will provide domain and hosting) explaining how it works +possibility to upload project + SaaS payment. After the user submits the project, the software should send the estimate for verification to me, and then I manually send it to the user.

Required accuracy, machine learning, use of AI and training of models (I can help with this as the projects are in Polish).

The project will be developed, so it is required to write code so that in the future it can be extended e.g. with larger objects, accurate construction drawings.
