I am civil engineer with 15 years of experience and need help of junior engineer. I have some template CAD files (DWG) and would like to change that to match the hand drawing that I have for multiple projects. There are parts of project that you need to use ETABS to design a one-story moment frame. I will give you instruction and loads and template for the ETABS and you only need to design it. MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions.] MUST BE FAMILIAR AND EXPERIENCED WITH ETABS MUST BE FAMILIAR AND EXPERIENCED WITH AUTOCAD MUST BE A CIVIL ENGINEER WITH AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS POST GRADUATION MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND USE WINDOWS
