Hi, I have some CAD data - pipe networks - sewer and water. I need someone to transform this data in to INSPIRE compliant GML and PostGIS PostgreSQL database. I need this data restructured and I need desktop recorded while you doing this - also i will need some explanation how to do that. If possible schema transformation need to be done in FME Desktop and Enterprise Architect, and database building also. I am trying to learn this subject but i'm stuck at this phase so if any can help please bid. Lowest bid have better chances to win this project because it is only for learning purposes. I attached 2 civil 3d files with geometry - vodovod bl8 - water and kanalizacija bl3 -sewer network. Best regards Any questions please ask.

If you after a walk through on how to implement an Inspire compliant dataset within postgres...i'll show you how. I have postgres install both locally and on a remote ubuntu based server in the cloud - so i can walk you through how to install postgres.
