I have some vocal takes where a vocalist improvises over a track for 20-30 minutes in total. I'm looking for someone who can just go through the vocal takes and cut out the best samples, preferably as Ableton Live clips.
Vocal takes should be cut up in such a way that the Ableton clips start on time with the bar, say when triggering a scene in ableton. They should start cleanly when triggered, so some volume clip automation should be added if required.
Each clip will need to be labeled and coloured based on whether you think it should be a verse, chorus a hook or whatever.
We would then like you to create 3 different comps of the cut up vocal takes, creating a structure out of the vocal clips in the arrangement view.
The order/structure of the vocals in the comp does not have to match the structure of the instrumentals as this will be rearranged to fit the new vocal structure comp.
1. cut out the best parts of the vocal improvisations and organise them nicely in Ableton
2. ensure the clips trigger properly in-time and add any volume automation to clean up
2. create 3 different variations of the newly cut vocal clips as a song structure in arrangement view
