I have sold a vehicle in March 2017 and mistakenly advertised it as a 2015 model instead of a 2014 model. I signed a letter of agreement to buy back the vehicle for the same price sold of R146k.I find out that the vehicle was used and about 4500km utilised thus far and want the purchaser to pay for the usage. The purchaser has got a lawyer
