JIRA / Confluence stacked bar chart to display status change over time

I'm looking for someone who can explain to me how to set up a stacked bar chart (or similar) to display what are the status over time. So the x-axis should be something like months(Jan, Feb, Marts, April), and the y-axis should be a count. And everything must be grouped by status, e.g "On time", "Delayed", etc.
That would give me an idea of how our issues develop over time if I have more delayed compared to last month.
