Cloud call centre

Project Description:

Create a call centre with Asterisk which is hosted in cloud (probably by EC2)

Database integration with our current mysql which is running phpmyadmin

Integrate with DID numbers purchased

Allow make and receive call through cloud

Basic functions needed,

-Automated Attendant

-Call Queuing

-Call Recording

-Caller ID

-Database Store / Retrieve

-Database Integration

-Music On Hold

We are actually new to such technology and wish to have both inbound and outbound call.

Here's a flow of the inbound call:

Customer call, and automated attendant attend to him and customer choose option and direct to the respective operator, if operator online will direct to the operator, if no operator online automated attendant will say no operated online and record the number to be call back when any operator is online.

If the line is busy, customer will be listening to a hold song until the respective operator is available.

Outbound call just dialling and making call to the receiver.

Update on the server:

Plan to get a server with a local vendor. Need knowledge to install Asterisk into the server.

We need wallboard so that we can track the real time activity and the activity of the days etc..

Project will probably start next year due to closing of financial year and new budget year.

Please advice on how things is going to be done and storage needed for the recording of voice call.
