Invalid LCID Error

Hi,

I have the following error:

SessionID error 'ASP 0219 : 80004005'

Invalid LCID

The specified LCID is not available.

This occured after I deleted sub domains and coverted them to folders in the root web. I also had to reinstall MySQL due to problems. The LCID is set correctly to 1033 in db and global.asa. Logins in web code to connect to db are correct. I reset the system DSN and it connects to db, so web app connects to db. This could be a permissions problem with drive shares or localhost? So I need an EXPERIENCED Windows 2003 system admin with ASP experience.
