MS Access to web site conversion

I have a real estate application created in MS Access 2007. It is used in a real estate office and accessed by 2 or 3 computers. The main table has about 70 fields including an "attachment" field which is used to store photos of houses. The database is about 800MB now mostly because of the photos. I need the following: 1) A website with a relatively static home page and links to two other static, informational pages. The pages will contain text and static(nonchanging) pictures. I am going to put both English and Azerbaijani text on the pages so the site needs to support both fonts. 2) In addition to 1) above I need three additional pages on the site. First a place to enter search criteria which will be used to select houses from the database. Second a page that displays those search results. Third a page that displays detailed info about the select houses including pictures (multiple per house that can be scrolled through). These 3 forms already exist in the Access database. There is VB code behind the scenes that builds the SQL query that retrieves the right records. 3) I need an easy way to put existing data on the site initially and a way to send new and modified records to the site easily ongoing. If what I am explaining is not abundantly clear, don't bid. If it will cost more than my budget, bid anyway. I need advice on the target technology. Please include some of your ideas and thoughts on these things in your bid. I will give you screen shots of the access database but not the whole thing. I will also give you more detailed specs because I want this done right and I can't afford to spend money twice.
