This is to take all the functionality in our now VB/ASP project from using Tropo to Twilio better yet to [login to view URL] - call and SMS all should work as before and also do extensive testing. From Tropo to Twilio SMS and outgoing call TTS and WAV files combined and setting for variables and settings of TTS etc. Will pay $100 to Twilio and $120 if it instead ported to Nexmo Include bluemagic in your offer Will need to have all the source code and be able to compile with VS, may need some help to setup.
