Encrypted URL with time expiration

We have ASP.NET MVC webpage. We want to access the webpage only using an encrypted querystring with time expiration.

Basically there are ways to use secret key/private/public key so the URL can be valid for a 24 hours.

The controller should show "link not valid" if the encrypted hashed querystring is not valid, else show the proper VIEW() of the controller.

url example:

http://localhost/controller/action?username=xxxxx&ExpiryTime=yyyy&secrettHash=zzzzz
