Google MAP API - customer locations App

We have about 1000 + customer with addresses all over the world. We need to have a dynamic Map that will identify our customers using Google Map's API. We have discovered that if we use the Georeference capabilities using an address, the API times out, so we need a solution needs to be able to have a method or SUB-Utility to run from an "admin" side to update/add our database a set of Lat/Log's to provide a fast reference or another method. We have been told that using a LAT and Long will prevent this time out. The final map is to have the standard Google map controls, Sat, Street view, zoom and pan. Marker point to be clickable to display the customer data, such as name, company if applicable, address, Email phone and customer number (with an easy method to be able to add other database fields or URLs or links to the code) all pulled from the MS SQL database. Development using ASP (VB Script) ## Deliverables 1. Starting point for customers will be the GLOBAL level to start to zoom (Double click to zoom and or the Zoom control bar) 2. Markers will be grouped at extended zooms as to be able to keep them organized and not cluttered and then increase in distribution as you zoom. The clickable option will then be accessible when the zoom is showing a separate single marker point. 3. Ability to change the color of the marker point based on a Database value such as if the customer is a dealer or a end user. This can simply be a list of ASP variable that we can set in the LOOP from the SQL. 4. All code VERY heavily commented so that the application can be tweaked later easily by less experienced coding staff here. ** Copy of database structure will be provided ** Deliverables or testing will need to provide us with a list of variables to be able to enter our database connection and any other variable that we would like to custom set 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
