Teach art skills in a growing creative community

I recently started a creative community in NYC and am looking to expand our workshops and locations. The workshops are 80% social events and 20% instruction, with attendees sharing the sentiment that everyone is creative, mistakes in creativity are very much welcome, and practicing creativity and making things is a muscle that benefits from regular exercise. I am interested in finding workshop leaders (or what we call crafters-in-residence), who will bring/set up materials, instruct beginners on the craft for the evening/day, and ensure attendees are satisfied/inspired/welcomed into the community. The workshops are held from 7-9 PM on various workdays and 1-3 PM on weekends. I will train you through leading a workshop and will then look to schedule you to run workshops on your own on a frequent basis, whether that means a regular schedule or on demand.
