Dear Sir / Madam, - example of work + template will be provided / All relevant materials will also be provided by me / strict deadline: 2 days from now. - this job is about performing an analysis of the differences between a **single** article (for example article 5) of the **model** tax treaty between two countries (for example country X and Y). Your job is to make a comparison file between (for example article 5) in the **model** tax treaty of country X and Y and make a world file of about 4-5 pages in which: 1. the overlap between the two model tax treaties is noted 2. the differences between the two model tax treaties are described with respect to that single article (for example: are the words different, or sentences added by one of the countries?) 3. If there is a difference in words or sentences: did Country X or Country Y include those words or sentences in actual tax treaties (that are in force) with other countries? (so for example: country X and country Y both have **model** tax treaties. The models show overlap but also differences with respect to article 5. But what did the countries actually agree upon with respect to article 5 with other countries? Did Country X or Y also include similar sentences or words in those tax treaties? 4. the national system of one of the parties is very briefly summarized. All the relevant materials will be provided by me. I estimate that this will take you a full two days of work. There is a strict deadline: 2 days from now.
