Machine Learning Text Creation

We are looking for a Machine Learning analyst and programmer which can do a model for us generating property descriptions based on given values. E.g. we have the following property: - Apartment - 3 Bedrooms - Kitchen - 2017 Building Year - Balcony - Photos which shows a modern interior - Photos which shows a child room - Photo which shows a view - High standard - Price under market price - Address This should result in a text like: Enjoy stunning views with your family. This is an exciting offer for any family seeking for a high standard aparment in the Cham neighborhood. Enjoy much space in this apartment including a nice kitchen and a balcony. OK. English is not my first langauge, thats why the texts will be in German ;) The text output should be in German language, but if this model works well we would after also want to have the model trained in other languages. We have hunderts of detailed examples and thousends of less detailed examples to train the model. Also we have for each example several photos to train the photo anlysis. We had already checked the Google AutoML and AutoML Vision system, where we believe it would be helpful to build a model with it. The goal should be that we have a API where we can send the parameters and photos and will get back an created text. The request to the API would be done from our CRM system. The project is in the stage of an idea. We would like to know if you see that this is possible to do. Especially we are insure about the semantic part.
