We are a content development company having about 100 writers and 25 editors working with us. We are planning to expand our team now (there is no limit now as to how many people we would like to add to our team), and we are looking for a hiring manager to join our team. You shall be paid at USD 50 per quality hire, and there shall an uninterrupted flow of work. Just to give you an idea of our budget, our fulltime writers earn about USD 2,500 per month (the writer who earned the most from us in December 2017 earned about USD 4,500 working for long hours).
Estimated Budget (on Human Resources): USD 3,000 per month (subject to change)
While working with us, we shall require you to:
(a) Participate in researching for information, as and when required, and craft your ideas into quality hires,
(b) Ensure that the writers and editors you hire are capable of delivering high-quality work without any restraints,
(c) Be available to encourage your hires to continue working with us,
(d) Be available to hire out of your comfort zone (don't worry, we would never ask you to participate in hiring writers / editors for any adult writing tasks),
(e) Meet the given deadlines,
(f) Be available as and when required to encourage writers / editors to work urgently on any given file (this is a rare request, but you may see this frequently if the team is working on some work requiring urgent delivery),
(g) Be available to work on your off-days (again, this is a rare request, but you may see it once in a while when we require your help urgently),
(h) Work in an environment where you are certain not to get distracted,
(i) Have a proper internet connection (preferably, you must have a backup internet connection as well, in case your primary internet connection fails), and
(j) Maintain your report of hires and people interviewed and keep a track of funds spent on bringing in new talent.
We expect you to work on fulltime basis. Please note that we might be super-busy during the interview stage due to which we are usually not open to bargaining about the price. If you think that you might not be comfortable in the above-mentioned pay, please do not bid / send your proposal. Also, just to give you an idea, you shall be paid via Milestones, which shall be set up at the beginning of each week. We release the funds on every Monday for all of the quality hires.
NOTE: Please place a bid that you aim to earn in any given month. Please do not bid the amount shown in our estimated budget. That's our total budget for adding in new talent in the team (and that includes the amount we might be required to pay on platforms like Freelancer, Indeed, and others).
