5 Outfits that Work Well for Short Women
Hi there, all you beautiful butterflies.
Are your ears bleeding to death too by the constant hype about how tall women are sexier and hot? Well, I certainly have a serious issue with almost everything that body shames women. So, this post out here is not to support the fact that you have to look taller to feel sexier, this one is just out of my heart to help all you little butterflies to feel good about yourself and be comfortable in what you find fashionable.
Now, since you have a hint of what's in my mind, it's time for you to skim all the insecurities out of your head and just soak and splash with style and grace. These rains can actually turn out to be a promising one if you are willing to play with vibrant clothing hues and patterns that I myself trust in. In this post, I have actually bundled 5 of my personal favorite outfits that not just make me a fashionista in my girl gang, but also put me at ease.
1)
Shirt dress with boots
This is one statement style that always keeps me intrigued. Shirt dress is one multi useful outfit that can give you a street look, airport look, boho look, beach look, date look as well as a simple brunch look. It needs minimal accessories when you team it up with a pair of high heels, ankle length boots. You can always wear the classic black colour boots to play safe with all the shades, length and patterns of shirt dresses.
2)
Crop top with slim fit treggings
You can also place your bet on jeans and a top when you're just too laid back to go all explosive. But for the ones who can drape innovative outfits, go fancy with floral crop tops and skin tight treggings that actually make the legs look longer. This is one asset flaunting outfit that makes much sense when worn on casual occasions like movies and dinners. Slip in your pumps while donning ankle length treggings, and kitten heels with the longer ones.
3)
Statement sleeves with ruffle pants
This is one of the classiest outfit, apt for group hangouts, parties and dinners. On a personal note, I love to juice up my fashion statement by donning a body hugging crop top with statement sleeves by pairing it with uprise, A line ruffle pants that are not frilled or layered throughout their length, but just at the bottom. For the ones that are flared throughout their length, I purposefully opt for a tuck-in, statement sleeve, slim top with short sleeves. This outfit slims down my inferiority, since all that people can do is concentrate on is how fashionable I am, rather than cribbing about how in the first place I'm not 5 7”.
4)
Bodysuit tops with long skirts
This style invokes a lot of drama that can up your fashion score for sure. Tight maxi skirts and slit long skirts go particularly well with bodysuit tops. To get more out of this uniquely teamed up outfit, you can go for stylish bodysuits that are either see-through or have a plunging neckline and lace pattern. Pair it up with bright pumps if you're settling with a subtle colour outfit and vice versa.
5)
Button down shirt with denims
No matter your choice of denim is a jeans, a skirt or shorts, they will all look haughty, like they belong with a button down shirt. This outfit is a pure epitome of class with ease and comfort. You can always play with different colours and patterns of button down shirts. Team up your outfit with shoes to complete your look.
All these outfits, a sheer result of my innovative nature, actually helped me make a lot of impact. You must try them too to feel the change that every short woman needs.
