Content writing: blog posts of 250-300 words on children related topics

We are the company that sells Norwegian backpacks and accessories for children and teenagers. We are looking for a writer, who will produce 2 short blog posts per week for our Instagram. Posts should be around 250 words. Target audience who will read the content - men and women 25-45 years old (mostly women) with 6-13 years old children. The content can be described as positive, friendly, entertaining, educational and at the same time neutral. We are the old Norwegian brand, so we don't want to turn our Instagram into a blog with recipes of healthy dishes, fast home workouts and mourning grooming routine advices. Instead we want to post light, but meaningful, interesting content that contains some hacks, tips, advices and other things related to children. We are looking for a writer who has children on their own. We are also hoping for a long term relationships with the writer. This year we plan to post around 64 posts (around 8 posts/month). If we will be satisfied with the quality of the content - we have in plans also launching weekly newsletter. This is an additional 300-500 words post per week.
