better business bureau

I am looking for someone to write a very strong letter to the better business bureau for me. The letter must state all my concerns and persuasive. this is my situation: My house is damaged due to Hurricane Irma on September 10, 2017. the roof got damaged, the inside of the house ceiling damaged, patio screen, security system 16 channels NVR, mold built-up due to water leaks in the house, cars got damaged, etc. It was a very bad Hurricane Irma and the President of the USA and Governor of the State Of Florida declared the State Of Florida a Disaster Zone. Many trees and houses got destroyed and people went through and still going through disaster because of this storm. I filed a claim with my insurance company since September 15, 2017 and they gave me a very hard time with this claim. They don't want to satisfy the claim and they kept telling me that it is in review. The insurance company contacted me on September 25, 2017 telling me that on adjuster will be coming out to the property by the name of JEFF PENNEL. On September 25, 2017 no adjuster showed up and no phone call. I contacted the Insurance Company St. John’s and explained the no show. The representative told me to wait because they are very busy. I called back Insurance Company St. John’s on October 1, 2017 and they told me the same situation. I waited and I waited no adjuster. On October 10, 2017, i received a call from Mr. Mike Campbell stating that he is the new adjuster from Insurance Company St. John’s and he will be coming out to the property in 2 days. After 6 days Mr. Mike Campbell shows and look over the damages. During this time the mold started to smile, water leaks from the rain falls and things started to get really bad. I placed tarp on the roof to protect a few areas but the rain and wind kept coming. By now, we are really in a disaster zone and the Insurance Company St. John’s is doing nothing to help. I told my son and wife not to go in the damaged bathroom and room next the bathroom, too "moldy". We are still waiting on the insurance company. By October 23, 2017, i received a call from Mr. Derek Watts from Insurance Company St. John’s and he explained that he is the case manager Associated with my case. I called Mr. Watts on October 26, 2017 and told him that my roof is leaking really badly so he provided me with 2 companies to contact to have my roof professionally tarp. The company came on October 28, 2017 and traps the complete roof. I contracted Mr. Watts on October 29, 2017 regarding the trapping of the and leave a voice message because he is super hard to get on the phone. Ok, I am back on the waiting game again and now it is November 15, 2017, I called and leave messages to know the status on fixing my house. Mr. Watts never returned my calls (over 10 phone calls). On November 22, 2017, I received a call from Mr. Watts saying that they are waiting on more documents and settlements will be soon. On November 21, 2017, I received a call from Mr. Watts telling me to get myself a contractor and Insurance Company St. John’s will be giving me a new roof and satisfy the other damages and he is sending all the paperwork to manager’s desk. On November 25, 2017, I was told that an engineer will be coming out to inspect the roof. It was downhill from here on, also. You can see the engineer report and Insurance Company St. John’s letter of denial. The INSURANCE COMPANY TOTALLY REFUSED TO SATISFY ANY OF MY CLAIMS FROM THE HURRICANE IRMA.
