Project on Arduino Mega 2560 in Embedded C

Hello, This is a student project for the Modern Embedded Programming subject. It is a simulation of an air conditioner and the way it should work is that there will be a temperature sensor and a defined threshold. When the temperature goes above the defined threshold the blue LEDs will light up and it will show on the LCD that Cooling has started and vice versa for the opposite with the red LEDs and the note Heating has started. The LCD is also constantly showing the temperature. The project has the following equipment: Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller MPLAB Snap Debugger KY-013 ANALOG TEMPERATURE SENSOR MODULE 1602A LCD module 3 Blue LEDs and 3 Red LEDs a breadboard wires and resistors Tasks to be done: Project to be written in Embedded C in Atmel Studio 7.0 which should include: A Real-Time timing-related aspect (and must use at least one programmable timer), An asynchronous aspect (must use at least one interrupt channel and must have an appropriate interrupt handler). Comments within the codes The project needs to be tested. A brief tutorial regarding the connections to the board.
