I'm trying to trying to learn how I can make an IoT based monitoring system, using arduino and four sensors with that and then control a stepper motor speed depending on the level of the temperature sensor, after that send it to raspberry pi and then upload the reading of the sensors to database and to AWS to display them on Mit app.

Hi I'm interested in your offer because of the challenge it means. I am dedicated to projects that are in the industrial area which involve from the creation of the solution, PCB development, programming and assembly. In this I have had to work with Microcontrollers (Microchip, Atmel, Arduino, ESP32), embedded systems (raspberry pi, owasys, onion Omega) in the collection of data with sensors of all kinds from environmental to Physical as well as the control of devices ( pumps, actuators, etc.) according to certain conditions or actions. In addition to collecting the information (creating the communication protocol or implementing it) either through RS232, RS485, USB, RF, WiFi or bluetooth, and send it to the cloud via GPRS or LAN for analysis in a DashBoard. I have been developing solutions with these devices for more than 10 years.
