esp32 bluetooth connetion to speaker with arduino ide

I am creating an IOT device based on ESP32_WROOM_32D chip to control some LEDs. I would like to add audio to this project. My need is to pair the ESP32 to a BT speaker and send a simple audio file (like a few seconds jingle) every minute. The sound should be stored inside the EPS32 itself as I don't want to add extra memory. I am used to play with Arduino for the ESP32 coding and Mit App Inventor for the smartphone application development. These environments are mandatory to integrate this audio capability to my own project. Note: the ESP32 must be connected to 2 BT devices: => the smartphone to identify the BT device to be connected directly to the ESP32. The smartphone is used also to select the audio file to be played. For the rest of my project, I am using a BT Low Energy connection for communication between the ESP32 and the smartphone. => a BT speaker: should it be standard BT or Low Energy... I don't know ? Here are the steps that the user should see when running the smartphone application: => press the button "connect to BT speaker": this will show the list of BT devices detected by the ESP32 and will connect the ESP32 to the one selected by the user. => press the button "select audio file": will propose a list of mp3 stored on the phone => press "send": this will send the mp3 file to the ESP32 At that time, the ESP32 should play this sound every minute through the BT speaker and the smartphone can be disconnected.
