Hi friend I have read a little description about your project. Similar to the project I have ever made, the name is "Wireless Agriculture Sensor". Data from land and plants are sent via GSM to cloud comp and via wifi to user comp. Unlike your project, there is no feedback to plants and soil such as water or fertilizer.
