App for construction equipment pre-use checks

I would like an app to be developed that my customers can use to carry out pre use and regular inspections of construction equipment. The app must integrate with my website and allow me to add users and user groups and also to send reports and log the inspections in a database. It must also allow the user to take photographs of the equipment and upload them to the database. The system must allow me to tailor the content (i.e the inspection points) to suit different types of construction equipment. For example, a digger might need the following inspection:- Tyres, engine oil, lights, paintwork, oil leaks, general damage etc Whereas a cement mixer might need:- Safety guards, tyres, electrical cable, plug etc
