1. Use Azure Web Apps to Build Web Form for a Job Application Form, and Store Data from the Application Form, and the Required Attachments. Python Language is preferred. [login to view URL]
2. I want to Send Link to invite Job Applicants to Apply. (Job Applications will be invitation only).
3. E-signature (Docusign preferred, or similar, or a signature written with mouse, etc.)
4. Add "Required" File Attachments (Excel, PDF, Word, Images)
5. Contain/Store Job Applicants entire application information in an Individual Folder created for the Job Applicant
6. Allow for Updates and Additional information to be added to the Job Applicants Individual Folder
7. Automatically integrate data from (1) Forms with E-signature, and (2) the File Attachments and (3) the Updates and Additions into a Database or Folder for Storage
8. Require certain fields and attachments be included before Job application can be submitted, but also allow client to save their progress, so they can always come back and finish the application later.
9. Provide Security and authentication
10. Automatic notifications to send email to me when the Job Applicant has (1) started the Job application process, (2) has updates to the application status, and (3) has completed and submitted the application.
11. Automatic notifications to Job Applicants that their application is successfully submitted, or reminders when application is still awaiting information.
