465183 mass emailing opt-ins

I need someone honest to send out a mass email campaign legally. you will design and email this to 5 million email addresses supplied. I will need to see proof of emails and verification. Please don't bid and pretend, the lists have over 100 hidden emails that i can track. If more then 10% of these don't receive the email, i wont pay you. You agree to this when bidding.
