I am not a technical person. I need a consultant who can accomplish my BUSINESS objective.
I have been working with a consultant that is not accomplishing my objectives. My Interspire email marketer applicaiton has the following issues:
1. I can email from small lists (e.g. 70,000 records or less) but cannot email from my main list (370,000 records)
2. more importantly, I use the same list with a hosted email service ([url removed, login to view]) and continually got open rates averaging 13%. My open rates from Interspire are only 3%. I am using the same list and same messages.
My main list is only 1/3 optin. The other 2/3 of the list are professionals in the same industry. The messages delivered are for professional services and not junk. I have attached an example.
Many of the emails are delivered into large firms and some of them block my emails and therefore, some type of IP changing on a regular basis must occur. The current consultant has implemented a plan for this. I can email you all of the correspondence in which he explains the method.
I don't need to know or want to know any technical details. I am a business person and the ONLY thing that matters to me is to see my open rate above 10% on a regular basis. That is the only measurement that shows me success.
I seek to work with a knowledgeable professional on a continual basis so that you can do whetever maintenance (changing IP, changing SPF, DKIM, etc) is needed to maintain my open rate above 10%.
Please indicate your qualificaitons and specifically experience with Interspire Email Marketer and email delivery. Please let me know if you can work on a fixed price per month with me. It would be less than 5 hours per month after you get the intial set up working correctly.
The application and database is hosted on 2 servers at rackspace and I have all of the acess information.
