Create Mailing List image/code.

I am looking for a coder to create a custom mailing list image for users to subscribe to my mailing list. I am looking for eye-catching images that will grab the visitors attention. I will need two sizes... 1: Header size (that will go on top of forum) 2: Block size (that will go into forum block) (the images do not have to be diffrent for the header and block, they have have to different in size to fit in their proper locations) Here is an example of a header mailing list: [login to view URL] I prefer bright red and dark blue (mix) here is my mailinglist code to intergrate: [login to view URL] The list topic is Free SEO Articles, so use any appropriate images that you may have to create the images. Once I upload your work to the forum, if it does not work right off the bat, then you may have to tweak this or that until the mailing list works in proper order as it was intended. The question is: Can you do better then the example site? Can you rock my vistors into signing up? Do you have any previous mailing list images that you have done?
