8-10 sec. 2d animation video for website

I need an 8-10 second video for a website header Here is a complete storyboard: (View is from back) Physician/Doctor in white coat sitting at desk in office chair, walls are blank. the desk can be clean or covered with papers - He arises - He removes his white coat - He folds it and puts it over the arm or back of the chair - He pats it gently - He walks out of Frame As he moves out of the way, we see a computer (turned off) on the desk. Though we see the back of his head, we never see his face he doesn't need to be Caucasian(white-skinned), but not super dark skin. I need this promptly When can you deliver?
