Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Mat, please) and would like to create your animation and turn it into a video. Yes, Videoscribe (I have) whiteboarding technique could be used yet you have only few slides/stages where it would be well due to longer voice over duration. The majority of your stages can be done in PowerPoint with text captions/shapes appear as zoom in/pop to not lose a precious time and viewer's attention. So my bid is simple: 1. PowerPoint based animation with subtle subanimations on every slide. 2. Whiteboarding few slides only if needed (even charts can be animated well without whiteboard technique). 3. Integrating all and adding a voice over in the video editing software (I use ScreenFlow) and deliver all to you. Few notes: a. I've opened your PDF in Adobe Illustrator and tried to extract images e.g. a truck etc yet they are all just plain images. Is your storyboard set in Illustrator and you can provide vector resources (I can export them though am not a graphic designer per se yet can manipulate any multimedia file)? b. A voice over will be created using Google Speech Wavenet API (most natural speech synthesis technique now available worldwide). I'll send a sample before acceptance. If not suitable I cooperate with top US studio that charges 220 USD for every studio hour (can send a sample) - this is not part of this bid though we can negotiate that. c.
