Animation development for a salary survey (design already completed)

I have recently completed a Human Resources salary survey and will be releasing 4 slides as the 'teaser' results next week with the full comprehensive report released end of Feb. I am looking for someone who has experience with developing animation. here is an example [login to view URL] You will need css3 or java script experience. The design of the survey results teaser has already been completed, its just the development. The slides will need to be created on a sperate landing page so we can send the link to external parties. There are 4 slides in total and between 6-8 individual animation points. I will be able to send all the instructions for the animation and i need this completed by Sunday 8th December If the work completed is good a bigger project will follow with the full salary survey report that will be launched in Feb. This will require even more animation work as it will be a bigger project
