Mobile app using Ionic and Angular

I need someone to develop Mobile app using ionic and Angular, that can be excute and run on Android / IOS. Main Requirements are; 1. Loading window with loading bar and msg 2. Login page, includes ( reset password link in footer ) 2.1 Reset password page 3. Welcome Screen 1 ( static msg with ok button ) 4. Welcome Screen 2 ( static msg and button to allow push notifications or deny ) 5. Main page ( Contain customer data after member logged in. - Main requirements: Side menu ( Home, Faq ( static ), logout ) Customer can logged in to access members page or reset password, All data is connected with 3rd party api can be access from url with client-token. Means you have to make nice login form that will send login request to api link with phone number ( as body ) and password ( as headers ) and once token is returned so its mean the customer can logged in directly to ( welcome screen 1 ) and then ( welcome screen 2 ) to accept or deny push notifications from api to mobile and then customer will go to main page contain barcode, benefits, etc ( All available on api that can call back from api based on customer phone number that will be used to login. If customer login fail then he will have option to reset password, we will make form in the mobile where request to reset password with email will be sent to specific reset password link on API, which will then generate the link and send to customer on email where customerw ill reset password for now on specific website that i can share with developer later. Once he set new password on website he can then logged into mobile using new password he set on browser ( or webview within mobile app ) I need you to make it purely on ionic and angular so it can be become hybrid app and can be executable on android and ios as well. Please only experts of these 2 ionic and agular apply for project. Remember to add "NOSP" when writing msg in the top, otherwise i will ignore your msg. 1. First phase will be where you will make demo pages and show me through video in visual studio code so i can confirm you can do this job. 2. Once done and i see your skill you will be awarded this project 3. This project will be longer then 3 years to continue development and improvements so take chance and show your skills to get this project.
