Build a mobile optimized web application

Full Stack Web Software Engineer Looking for someone who can develop a mobile web application from a set of requirements, working in a technology stack that includes - Server side technology using ASP.NET Web API or Node.js or both - MS-SQL, - NoSQL (MongoDB or Azure DocumentDB ) - Cloud based solutions (Azure preferred or AWS) - Mobile front end development with Angular, React.js, Bootstrap responsive or native - Web Scrapers Somebody who can quickly put together scrapers to test out hypotheses, and also design a DB and optimal data querying algorithms that provide lightning fast results to mobile users. Someone who can blend technical expertise with creative design within the bigger product vision and goals. Building a mobile web utility application on top of indexed product location data from various retail chains and then build algorithms to estimate product locations for non-indexed stores. Looking to eventually integrate with Google search and other APIs such as image recognition. Initial indexing, DB design, product design, and product site started and/or available for review.
