Angular 2 (One page) Project -- 2

I’m in the process of evaluating “Angular 2” framework, therefore I want to re-write one page from my website that work as SPA (Only HTML5/JS/CSS) and completely separated from the back-end. The new UI must fulfill the following conditions: 1- Use Angular 2 as primary framework 2- The page should support English (Left-To-Right) and Arabic(Right-To-Left) languages 3- Be responsive design similar to the existing design 4- Use any Open Source responsive design framework that compatible with Angular 2 5- All work should use TypeScript 6- The new UI should work on all supported Angular 2 platforms (Mobile website, desktop website, native iOS/Android) 7- The developer has the freedom to redesign the page as long as functionality and user experience not harmed. 8- The developer should re-use public/common UI controls instead of rewriting them 9- The new UI should be component base, and re-usable to the lowest possible level.
