Build a simple MEAN POC

I require a simple library book type website based on MEAN. This is only a POC and would not necessarily require all the bells and whistles of a production website. The website needs use Express with Jade Teplates and Angular.js for the front end where it needs to keep track of books being checked in and out, as well as when it was checked out and when it is expected back. It also needs to show which user checked out the book, as well as be linked to a category to which the book belongs too. (Eg. Sci-Fi, Romance, Comedy, etc.) The back end needs to run on Node.js and the information of the books, users etc needs to be kept in mongodb with mongoose controlling the schema for the collections. The user model does not have to facilitate a users signing in (IE it can be dummy data), but it would be a bonus if it does, especially if a user can sign in locally or with the other providers such as Google+ and Facebook.
