Web application (laravel) / mobile (android) with push notifications

This application is very simple. Ideal for a serious, responsible and fast person in his work. Required: - A simple backend in Laravel 8, with AdminLTE 3, user login and a form with 3 or 4 fields (one of them will be a URL link). - A mobile application on Android (apk) that when installed, the user "chooses" the channel where he will receive push notifications and when clicking on it, redirects to the URL link loaded in the form, (these "channels" will be loaded by the administrator in the web app and will be chosen at the time of submitting the form). Then the user can open the mobile app with the list of notifications and select the available channels. (Very simple) - Diagram of joint operation. - Source code of everything (web app and android). It must be clear, verbose and not have unnecessary code. Delivered: - SSH access in a VPS with web server installed for the web application. - Access to google team (as developer) where firebase is configured for push notifications. Budget, time and conditions: - Final USD 150 including Freelancer commission. - 7 days in a row. - IMPORTANT: the first payment of 50% will be made when presenting the mobile app working, if everything is fine, 50% is released when the source code has been delivered and tested.
