I want someone to code a small program to generate fake/ test bitcoin transaction, ofcourse they will be rejected by the blockchain. I am fine with that however I need that program to run in an Android app. There are a lot of computer programs which can do this, generate a fake transaction and it shows up in the block list for some time and gets rejected. But I need a developer who can make me an app for this same for Android devices. Thanks
