some Issues in react native apk

There is an apk which is developed in React Native. In this Apk there are two issues which have to be resolved. 1) The apk has 5-6 screens which has listing of requests. So each screen should be reloaded after every click or after every new request added. There is screen reloading and refreshing issue. for example if i add a new request , then after clicking submit it submitted but not seen to new requests and when we again log in then it is visible. so reloading and refreshing of screen is required . 2) Second issue is related to the Button actions. When we click on any button then a loader should come and user should not able to click on that button until the data is not submitted. After clicking on any button it should display a alert message that request submitted successfully. 3) Active tabs should be visible differently. right now it is quite impossible to identify the active tab. The deadline is very strict and project should be delivered till 10AM IST tomorrow. The updated code should be pushed on git and an apk should be delivered as a result. The current code will be given through git access.
