360 Product View and Augmented Reality Try-on Ring App

We are looking to develop both an android and iOS app that allows the customer to
1) try on the Ring in augmented reality like in this video here [login to view URL] . The ring stays on the finger when trying it on.
2) view the product in 3D 360 degrees like this [login to view URL] App user can view the product in all angles
3) click on a buy button that opens up the default mobile browser and goes to website page where the customer can purchase the ring.
Here's another example that is almost the same as what we want: [login to view URL]
I have about 60 rings that needs to be added into this app. I already have a CAD file creator so I can provide the CAD files. I need a programmer who can create the app as stated above with a nice e-commerce shopping app design. The app doesn't need to accept payment, it just needs to redirect the customer to a specific product page on the website for purchase.
