Make a simple androide app

Hi,
I need some help to make an simple androide app.
The app should.
* At the push of "startbutton", logg a gps track. Latitude, longitude, speed, time.
* At push of a "button" on phone, make a mark in the gps logg at the given latitude and longitude.
* At the push of "stopp button", stop logg.
* At menuchoice - Export the logged file/files to a local storageplace on the phone, or to a given cloud adress.
The number of buttons and the text marked in the gps-logg should be possible to change by the user. And the buttons should be possible to move around by the user.
Hope someone can help me.
This is a small piece of a bigger project so there will be more work later.
