"indoor navigation system for visually impaired and blind people" android application that helps visually impaired and blind people inside building by voice guide using Bluetooth low energy beacon We want to build an android app. We do have a map for the building , BLE beacons , we want to connect the map with the beacons for positioning . Also we want it with text to speech to guide the user and the user enter the destination with voice.
