Fix an issue on Android Project - Play Games Signin

I try to implement "Play Games Signin" aiming to use leaderbords to a recently published 2d java-android game app. It gives me error 12501. It is probably about configurations at (Play Console, sha keys, cloud OAUTH credentials or firebase related thing) but I couldn't fix it. Same result for debugging/running directly or signing apk then install it. I believe an experienced developer would fix it in less than an hour.
