I need to create an android app for an HR Management System. The app should follow MVVM architecture and there needs to be a back-end system as well o that HR can access from his side. Employee: 1. Employee should be able to use the app to log in and log out, all this should be saved on a spreadsheet that HR can see 2. Employee should be able to request for leaves and sicks HR: 1. HR should be able to see all leave requests and approve/ reject each 2. HR should be able to see attendance of all employees and send messages or make comments if needed 3. HR should be able to send personal messages to each employee though app
