Build an SMS UI WebApp

I want to build a web-based UI to send and receive SMS messages using 3rd party APIs like Flowroute, [login to view URL], Twilio, etc.
This program will have multiple phases, I am currently looking for someone to build the first phase.
For the first version, we will just be using the Flowroute SMS api (the documentation for this is available online)
In this phase, we want the following:
* Responsive, web-based application
* Using common frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, JQuery, and so on)
* Using a strongly typed language (prefer TypeScript)
* Credentials should be securely managed
* Pages:
** A grid-based view to quickly see all messages
** A conversation-based view similar to using a phone
** A settings page to configure the VOIP SMS provider.
In the future, we plan to make a more advanced mobile client using a platform like Phonegap. We also plan to support multiple VOIP SMS providers, so the code should be flexible and extensible.

This app is meant to be a SPA, so there should not be any external services required for storing data in the first phase. The credentials should probably be stored in an encrypted cookie, or some similar approach.
