Hi there my name is Harry O’Connor, I have read the description you provided for your project, I can create The photos app for Android no problem at all I can also create an iOS app in the future, I can create this app in 2 days, I can create a fully custom user interface tailored to your specific needs. I can use fire base for the user accounts this can handle the user login and sign up, this will also allow you to scale your app. Then I can fire base DB for storing the photos in the cloud, I can also add functionality to add local photo storage on the users device. This service can be used for the albums and favourite photo collection. The social media integration is no problem at all as most popular social media apps already have an api which I can use. I can also use firebase for the user experience program.
